Mr. Schultz has been a Certified Public Accountant for 24 years, is the firm's Managing Partner and has also successfully served as a corporate finance officer of a publicly-held company. Ken is a member of the AICPA and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst.

Mr. Durham joined the firm as an accounting intern in 1989. After graduating from Southwest Missouri State in 1991 he continued full time with the company. Mr. Durham became a shareholder in 1998. He services clients in a variety of industries including retail, wholesale and manufacturing. Duane is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.

Mrs. Rapp joined the firm as a staff accountant in 1992 after completing her Masters of Business Administration at Southwest Missouri State University. She became a shareholder in January 1998. Mrs. Rapp manages the majority of the audits performed in the Springfield office. She also performs reviews, compilations, tax and management consulting services for a wide variety of small businesses. Connie is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.

Mr. Wood has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1975, and has served clients ranging from the smallest proprietorships to the largest publicly held international companies, first as staff and then in management roles for three different public accounting firms. He has also served as a chief financial officer of a $100 mil. manufacturing and construction company in the private sector. Mr. Wood joined the firm in April 2003 as manager of the West Plains office. Bill is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.
